- COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1. Registration for events or activities held by providers using the ClearBookings platform.
In order to process your registration request for events held by providers using the ClearBookings bookings platform we will be required to collect information which may include but is not limited to the following
- Contact E-mail address
- Contact Phone number
- Name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Age of participants
- Details relating to health
- Other details pertinent to particular event organisers
In order to process payments associated with the registration for events we will be required to collect the following information:-

1.2. Use Of IP Address
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your computer on a network or the Internet.
We confirm that we shall not use your personal data for any other purpose and that we shall not contact you about any matter unrelated to the processing of your payment. We will not share your Personal Data with any other company except for the event provider for whom we operate the registration and booking service for and which you have chosen to register for.
Payments through our website are processed through the payment gateway of choice of the event provider. Current available choices are by Realex Secure Payment systems and Stripe.
- DATA INTEGRITY AND SECURITY
We strive to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of Personal Data in our databases and to protect the privacy and security of our databases. Our servers and our databases are protected by industry standard security technology. The employees who have access to Personal Data have been trained to handle such data properly and in accordance with our security protocols. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorised disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take all reasonable steps to prevent this from happening.
- DATA ACCESS AND CORRECTIONS
Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to permit us to identify your Personal Data, we will disclose to you the Personal Data we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any Personal Data that is inaccurate.
Your request will be dealt with promptly and in any event will not take more than 40 days to process. You should include any personal identifiers which you have supplied during your visit to our website (e.g. name, e-mail address etc).

We only collect this data for statistical purposes to further enhance our website and make our online presence even more attractive.
